Requirements for the Position:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience within the hospitality industry
• Experience in handling international guests and seasoned travelers will give an added advantage
• 4 Star Lodge Management background and knowledge of the lodge business is A MUST
• A National Diploma in Tourism Management or equivalent.
• Passionate about training and development
• Compuer Literate
Main Duties:
• Oversee Housekeeping and F&B Service Guest Liaison
• Guest Relations and complaint handling
• Design and implement personalized guest experience
• Staff management
• Day and evening host duties
• Budget and financial control
• Fully competent in all administrational duties
• Ensure that all security and safety procedures are being practiced
• Driving the hospitality and safari offering so as to exceed guest expectations.
• Managing all operations of the camp.
• Ensuring the maintenance and ongoing development of the environmental management plan
• Maintaining all aspects of facilities and assets both in the camp and and rooms through best practice of hygiene and safety standards for both guests and staff.
