APPOINTMENT REQUIRMENTS
• Hotel Management Diploma
• Min 2-3 years experience as a Lodge Manager at a 5* establishment
• Butler experience will be highly beneficial
• Excellent communication ability in English
• PC Literate in MS Office, GAAP & Opera
• Excellent knowledge of F&B Service, Housekeeping & Front Office
• Strong financial management knowledge & experience
• Excellent guest relations skills
• Strong problem-solving ability
• Excellent staff management skills
• Valid drivers license
KPA’S:
• Guest Relations and Front of House
• Responsible for the overall running of the lodge operation
• Maintaining 5* Housekeeping standards
• Upkeep of Assets
• Maintaining 5* Food and Beverage standards
• Maintaining Gardens and Pools to 5* standards
• Maintenance of Vehicles
• Staff Management
• Stock Control & stock takes
• Financial management
Successful candidate will be working 11 days on / 3 days off
