Responsibilities and Duties

Directs and manages the staff and everyday hotel operations to achieve profitability, guest satisfaction and efficiency while maintaining 100% guest satisfaction
Human Resource: Recruit qualified applicants, Train employees in accordance with company standards, Motivate and give direction as well as handle disputes and disciplinary procedures to all Junior Managers and employees.
Identify and seek out potential business, Maintain relationships and increase visibility within the local market using various sales and marketing activities.
Responsible for all preparation of Financial Activities but no limited property budgets, forecasts, reconcilements, purchases
Implement and manage all licensing laws, policies and regulations
Have a sound knowledge and execute work on MS Office, POS and Various Hotel Operating Systems

Minimal Requirements

Appropriate hospitality qualifications BCom/NDip Hospitality (Advantageous)
3 years related hospitality management experience.
Drivers License & Own Car
Amicable Food and Wine knowledge Advantageous
Keen Knowledge of South Africa and surrounds advantageous
