Job Description

· Manage the supply chain process to ensure timeous and accurate customer order fulfillment.

· Use the Superbalist order management system to ensure order fulfillment based on our order requirements.

· Develop a strong and personal relationship when working hand-in-hand with our courier companies.

· Work with our merchants to arrange product delivery to our warehouse based on our required standards.

· Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our merchants.

· Work hand-in-hand our warehouse, monitoring stock levels, damaged stock and the like.

· Resolve all purchase order queries with relevant parties.

· Work hand-in-hand with the curators in your team.

Key Requirements

· Tertiary Degree or Diploma advantageous.

· 1-2 years’ experience in a supply chain or coordination role.

· Proven ability to manage multiple tasks while working independently

· Great eye for detail and methodical.

· Committed, reliable and able to meet tight deadlines.

· Driven and self-motivated.

· Team player

· Efficient and proactive.

· Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

· Good command of English.

· Confident working on computers

· Love working in a fast moving environment and thrive under pressure.
