To analyse. Monitor and coordinate operational activities within the 3PL warehouse with the goal of operational & inventory optimization.

Check operations to ensure readiness for basic & promotional orders
Operational checks & controls
Allocations Management
Operational Variant Code Management
Warehouse PMD checks
Other Logistics & shipping functions
Receiving
ASN creations and slot booking checks
Monitoring the receiving performance & deviations
Ensuring timely induction of stock
Ad hoc Logistics related projects
Replenishment, Picking & Packing
Analyze relevant reports
Formulation of corrective actions
Checking for operational accuracy & efficiencies
Checking Automated Replenishment levels
Checking correct Units of Measures are in place
Handling of operational queries
Monitoring QC Checking & Order Preparation
Analysis and actions to minimise warehouse errors on orders
Month End Monitoring
Dispatch
Ensuring accurate and timely parcel handed over
Other related tasks and monitoring to warehouse and distributor
Returns
Checking and monitoring of returns performance
Determining stock flows within the warehouse
Handling Returns related queries
Sales feedback on returns
Inventory
Ensure accurate stock holding in line with set targets
Management and daily checking of stock checks with 3PL warehouse
Slow moving and obsolete management
Bulk pick monitoring
Managing stock related projects with the warehouse
Management of inter-departmental requests related to the warehouse inventory
Other related projects
Reporting
Slow moving & obsolete stock
Lost sales analysis
Fill rate monitoring
Monthly Stock Review Preparation
Updating of SKU analysis reports
Monthly Logistics schedule tracking report
Receiving & Returns Monthly reports
Check 3PL deviation reporting for receiving
Supply Chain Dashboard preparations
Stock Reports Analyses and Actions (Such as Out of stocks etc.)
Other
Packing Line Ups/Kitting Scheduling & Management
Queries Management

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum a relevant Bachelors ’degree or equivalent 3 years qualification in Logistics/Supply Chain
2 years or more experience in Operations or Logistics (Experience with 3PL and high value, fine pick will be beneficial)
Strong MS Excel skills are compulsory
