Our company is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to assist in managing our courier
partners. You will be responsible for actioning escalated order, conduct accurate reporting
provided and received from couriers, and manage communication with management. Ensure
that our clients and their customers receive the highest level of customer service and make
sure the inhouse couriers provide feedback to the contact centre.

Summary of the role
? Monitor the delivery progress reports for Digital Planets Clients that are actioned by
the in house couriers.
? Ensure that failed milestones are investigated, escalated and actioned.
? Ensure the SLA’s for open orders are met throughout the delivery process.
? Resolve all escalations from the couriers and the contact center within an hour ETA.
? Ensure client queries are resolved or escalated to management.
? Improve systems and processes to ensure efficiency within the team.
? Provide daily feedback to clients deliveries when required
? Manage communication with the in house couriers
? Compile weekly reports on all open orders, failed deliveries, losses, damages and
hijackings.

Requirements
? Matric
? Related qualification would advantageous
? Transport and Logistics Experience
? Knowledge and understanding of courier services
? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in written
? Detail oriented
