Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Management or Commerce
10 years’ experience in Warehousing/Logistics Management
SAP experience

Responsibilities:
To implement the strategic and tactical alignment of the Company’s Business Operations to ensure that business efficiencies and optimizations levels are achieved.
Assure the integrity of the inventory and coordinate and oversee physical inventories.
Maximize and ensure that business efficiencies and optimization levels are achieved across warehouse and logistics functions.
Manage and ensure procedural alignment of all national operations.
Assist to design strategies and procedures to ensure that processes are aligned and optimized throughout the organization supply chain and business operations.
Provide leadership and direction to employees daily .
Participate in performance evaluations.
Coordinate with supervisors and other staff to cover all business requirements daily.
Provide efficient and productive communication between departments.
Ensure and assist in the process that all orders are being expedited in a timely and accurate manner.
Keeping stock control systems up to date.
Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
