Logistics Strategic Accounts Management - Pietermaritzburg
Duties:
• Oversight of Key Accounts & Delivery Note Departments
• Sustainability of Monthly KPI'S Monthly stats pack
• Management of Customer Services & Strategic Accounts Department
• Oversee the processes within the Department with focus on customer related queries
• Strategic Customer liaison - Constant Contact & Support for Strategic customers regarding service deliverables
• Quotations / Tenders (New & Existing customers)
• Monthly / Quarterly Fuel & Annual Adjustments for existing customers
• Weekly Departmental / Inter Departmental Meetings
• Monthly billing & Internal Costing
• Customer Visits Quarterly
• Marketing
• Customer company name changes - To advise all relevant parties
• Management Review
• Any other duties or ad hock tasks requested by Director
• Continually improvement of skills, knowledge & service delivery
• Positive energy is contagious and required by company - abstain from negative gossip.
Requirements:
• min 5-10 years senior management experience,
• Tertiary qualification (minimum under graduate)
