Logistics Supervisor - Durban – eThekwini
Salary: R22k CTC Per Month

Role: Administration of outbound logistics activities, control of global distribution, Scrap Management. EE Candidates will take preference for this position.

Duties & Requirements:
• Matric; Tertiary Qualification in Logistics; Fleet; Transport; Procurement
• 3—4 years Nature of Past Experience required
• Logistics; Transport experience
• MS Suite – Excel NB experience
• ERP system knowledge
• Good interpersonal & Communication skill
• Good Team player & Co-Ordination Skill
• Knowledge of Maintenance & Preventive maintenance work at Plant Level.

Working Relationship
• Management team & Logistics team; Support on day to day activities
• Service Providers as per requirement
• Operational Work and Troubleshooting - Export Invoicing
• Project Management
• Export container load planning and supervision
• Generating Waste invoices
• Oracle stock management
• Rate negotiations, domestic and export
• Stock tracking and tracing
• Seeing to internal and external customer queries
• Scrap vendor creation and negotiation
• LC Checking
• Ensuring exports done in line with DA, customer needs
• Ad Hoc logistics management tasks.

• IMS Document Management
• Export documentation Management
• Monthly report Management
• Export stock control
• Export documentation Management
• Domestic documentation Management
• Transporter documentation and submission for payment.
• Scrap and waste register Management

Monthly reports
• Manpower Handling - Supervision of both direct and indirect subordinates
• Supervision of Housekeeping and 5S
• To Execute the process In Admin, Warehouse and Scrap yard with 5 s & safety precaution.
