The Brand Management Team grow their relevant market shares through successful management of the brand portfolio and executing marketing strategies.

Skills:
• Degree in Brand Management or equivalent
• Passion for the Health and Beauty industry
• Minimum 3 years management experience within South African Retail Environment
• Proficient in MS Office
• Analytical skills
• Cosmetics/FMCG experience advantageous
• Demonstrated sense of urgency
• Understanding of trends
• Strong Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Creativity and an ability to produce innovative and original ideas
• Team working skills
• Business acumen combined with P&L Management
• Ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns
• Managing time efficiently

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strategies relevant to competitive positioning and channel focus
• Manage marketing campaigns across TV, print and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
• Manage all in store/trade marketing executions to the required global standards
• Analyze success of marketing campaigns and create reports
• Carry out competitor and market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends,
• Predict future trends
• Communicate marketing activities across multiple functions
• Manage marketing budget
• Building relationships with key suppliers and global contacts
• Forecast for all relevant non-saleable materials to execute campaigns successfully
• Manage inventory levels & master data of all non-saleable.
• Responsible for promo ratios, Sets, GWPS, Retailer KCP, Discounts, Co-op
