Responsibilities:

? Maximize machine outputs by maintaining product cycles as per or improving on required standards;
? Ensure products produced are of the required quality standards as set by the Company
? Ensure effective running of injection moulding machines as per Production Plan;
? Effect product changeovers in accordance with the Production Plan
? Set and operate injection moulding machines to optimize product quality, machine availability and process performance;
? Conform to all machine safety and mould protection systems and procedures;
? Ensure good housekeeping standards are kept
? Monitor the process parameters and product quality of all machines in operation on an ongoing basis.
? Perform relief duties in other areas as and when required;
? Responsible for ensuring scrap targets are met.
? Reporting problems immediately to the Foreman.

Qualification
1. Matric with technical subjects
2. Diploma in Plastics Processing would be an advantage
3. Minimum of 3 years' experience in injection moulding process and setting
4. Must be willing to work a Weekend shift pattern
5. Must be willing to work overtime when required
6. Must be an energetic team member
7. Able to work in a stressful and pressurized environment
8. Willing to perform physical tasks as required
