A Maintenance Coordinator is required at a FMCG manufacturing company in Johannesburg East. Minimum Qualifications • 3 year degree Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, GCC Factories • Preferred Industry Experience • Strong production/ manufacturing/ electrical/ instrumentation background Required Experience • Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in product packing & project implementation exposure. • Good Knowledge of the OSHACT. • Aseptic processing knowledge advantageous. • Familiar with plant maintenance programs (e.g. Pragma). • Computer Literate - MS Office, Oracle, MS access. Key Responsibilities • Implement a relevant planned maintenance system • Assist with Operator training • Assist with writing of Best Operating Practices and implementation thereof • Assist to improve Key Production indicators, line capacity, overall availability overall efficiency • Assist with re-engineering and process improvement • Control and manage maintenance budget Scheduling and planning major/minor shutdowns and sourcing of contractors • Successfully implement capex and major maintenance projects • Monthly and quarterly reporting • Ad hoc projects • Managing Risk control and safety programmes • 20 Keys implementation.
