5* large Hotel 133 km West of JHB.

5 years Large Hotel Maintenance management experience a requirement.

Must be experienced/qualified in at least one of the following disciplines - Electrical (single and three phase), Refrigeration and Air-conditioning and have some experience in some of the following – Plumbing, Sewage treatment systems, water treatment systems, building and general maintenance

The successful candidate will manage the overall maintenance at the 5* Hotel - plumbing, electrical (domestic + high voltage), refrigeration, air conditioning, building, carpentry, waste management, water desalination plant, generators, projects. The maintenance team will report directly to you.

Control of Maintenance Stock and Tool, Budget, Maintenance Expenditure & Finance, Supervision and training of staff,
