We are currently looking for a Maintanence Manager Requirements:Coordinate the Lodges maintenance activities (rooms, grounds, etc.)Review property-related data, such as inventories, budgets to obtain information on property status, needs, and availabilityRequest funding within budgeted limits for purchases of supplies and equipment, equipment repair and maintenance, and alterations to premisesPrepare plans, standards, and specifications for building and equipment maintenance, repair, and inspectionCarry out inspections of property and servicesSupervise maintenance staffConduct performance appraisal/review for all members of the departmentPrepare reports and report to management on a periodic basis or as requiredTake part in the annual budget exerciseCarry out repairs and maintenance work as approved and required, and also based on administrative policies, procedures, safety rules
