Kendrick Recruitment? are STILL seeking a Maintenance Manager for a Luxury Game Lodge based in the Kruger National Park. The Maintenance Manager must supervise and lead maintenance and gardens staff in an effective manner and ensure the level of morale is maintained. The team is responsible for the repair and maintenance of all facilities, vehicles, buildings and equipment. Within this role you will report directly to the Lodge Manager. We are looking for a candidate with 3 years experience in a similar role and a lodge environment.Your key responsibilities of this role include:• Management of Repairs and Maintenance to all lodge facilities and equipment • Supervision of Maintenance and Gardening staff• Administration of the Maintenance Department including budgets and cost savingWe are looking for an organised individual who has great communication skills to work with the maintenance team on the ground. You will also need to perform under pressure and work responsible and take pride in what they do. Good admin and leadership skills are a must.
