Requirements:
Bsc/BEng in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
10 years' experience of which 5 years' are on a supervisory level

Responsibilities:
Ensuring adherence to quality standards
Developing shutdown maintenance plan
Conducting 5 why's on breakdowns
Budget control
Managing productive machinery, equipment and installations
Preventative maintenance schedules
