Experience of Electrical and Mechanical equipment as well as general maintenance. - Ensuring that the resort is maintained in a cost effective way as well as ensuring that preventative maintenance programs are followed- Daiy, weekly, monthly planning of the maintenance programs- Setting up of a yearly maintenance budget and plan- Ordering of parts and equipment- Controlling and maintaining all tools and equipment- Attending to all work orders
