Maintenance Manager

Monday – Friday
7.00am – 16.00 or 8.00am – 17.00
30 minute lunch break
Might have to work on Saturday mornings depending on operational requirements – 7.00am – 12.00 / 8.00am – 13.00

Requirements:
· Strong admin skills
· Able to organise and plan daily duties for the team
· Good attention to detail
· Hands on position – must be able to do the work if the staff are busy

Need to have experience with
- Aircons
- Heat pumps
- Electrical knowledge
- Boreholes
- Purging of water tanks
- Carpentry
- Mason work, grouting, tiling, painting etc.
- Someone who works well under pressure, follows check lists and able to think out the box
