Requirements:
• Degree: Project Management OR BTech Degree: Mechanical Engineering
• Management Qualifications
• Min. 8 years mechanical engineering experience
• Min. 5 years project management experience
• Min. 8 years technical and customer liaison experience
• Min. 8 years’ experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge on:
• Processes within an automotive environment
• Tool manufacture, pressings, assemblies and paint shop
• Business systems
• Financial concepts
• Structural Engineering

Responsibilities:
• Set Goals: To support continues improvement
• Review Performance Outputs: To monitor planning goals against actual results
• Lead: Manage Sub - Ordinates
