What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the FMCG Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Response Handling on Control and Automation Service Requests i.e. from fault report, technician dispatch, to fault resolution
* Plan Day-to-day Maintenance
* Create and Monitor Predictive Maintenance Schedule
* Perform Breakdown Analysis
* Technician Allocation

Key Job Deliverables:

* Minimise Downtime
* Optimise Predictive Maintenance
* Optimise Resource Utilisation e.g. Technicians, Spares etc...

Background work experience:

* 3 years Maintenance Planning
* 3 years Control and Automation Repair and Maintenance
* 3 years Asset Management Systems
* 3 years RCM, TPM, CBM
* N6 / S4 Electrical Engineering Diploma
* Expert at Predictive Maintenance
* Maintenance Schedules, Technician Allocation, Spares Management
* Knowledgeable on PLCs, Drives, HMIs, Instrumentation
* Knowledgeable on how to use and optimise Asset Care Systems such as SAP or Pragma
* Has used proactive maintenance strategies such as RCM, TPM and CBM
* Advantageous: Specific experience on automated FMCG packaging equipment

Salary: Market Related. In the Range of R480K to R650K per annum. Highly exceptional more senior candidates may be considered.
