What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Plastics Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Response Handling on Service Requests i.e. from fault report, technician dispatch, to fault resolution
* Plan Day-to-day Maintenance
* Create and Monitor Predictive Maintenance Schedule
* Perform Breakdown Analysis
* Spare Part Management
* Technician Allocation

Key Job Deliverables:

* Minimise Downtime
* Optimise Predictive Maintenance
* Optimise Resource Utilisation e.g. Technicians, Spares etc...

Background work experience:

* 5 years Maintenance Planning
* 2 years Factory Machinery Repair and Maintenance
* 4 years Asset Management Systems
* 5 years RCM, TPM, CBM
* Qualified Artisan or National Diploma
* Expert at Predictive Maintenance
* Expert in best practices of asset care from a factory equipment perspective
* Has physically repaired and maintained equipment
* Has used systems such as SAP or Pragma to manage proactive maintenance
* Has used proactive maintenance strategies such as RCM, TPM and CBM
* Advantageous: Specific experience maintaining injection molding equipment
