Are you a Maintenance Superintendant with exceptional planning skills, who have what it takes to co-ordinate and implement preventative maintenance programs, enforce safety regulations, administer and ensure integrity and compliance of all maintenance systems, and review downtime logs to analyse activities associated with downtime. You will be reporting to the Operations Manager and be responsible for the supervision of maintenance artisans and general support staff.

Qualification:

BTech: Electro – Mechanical Engineering

Trade Test: Millwright (60% Mechanical: 40% Electrical)

Skills & Experience:

Maintenance planning on winding machines, boilers, ovens and tanks

Define and delegate responsibility of maintenance personnel

Develop, implement and maintain preventative maintenance programs

Perform scheduled breakdowns on winding machines, boilers, ovens and tanks

Perform root cause analysis

Managing artisans, semi – skilled workforce and maintenance technicians

Ensure accurate development and implementation of the DMS 2000 Computer Maintenance Management System
