Position Description Overview
This position controls Risks and Interest and form an integral part of the TCH Project.

Roles and Responsibilities
Controlling the KPI’s as per CTROM contracts and other Maintenance and Support Contracts
Controlling the KPI’s as per the TCH Contracts
Reduce departmental and company overheads and/or expenses
Ensuring that there are no penalties awarded due to KPI Reporting issues
Delivering client acceptable KPI Control in time and within budget;
Delivering of Daily, weekly and Monthly KPI Reports;
Delivery to provided deadlines
Amount and accuracy of work;
Ensuring delivery of effective Software Support and Hardware Maintenance reports within the scales agreed with contract on Software and Hardware;
Provide a professional and timely KPI reporting service to Clients
Proper Management in all aspects of the TCH Dedicates Software Support Team
Display of Good Work Ethic
Adherence to Policies and Procedures
Display of initiative (also in respect of steps taken to meet deadlines/perform task as expected)
Continuous improvement of software skills, applications


Qualifications and Education Requirements
Grade 12;
Tertiary qualification in Finance or Project Management

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
