At least 5 years experience within a technical maintenance environment with detailed knowledge of vehicle manufacturing processes, the ability to interpret electrical drawing, able to repair, optimize and operate Robots, set-up and optimize spot-weld parameters and settings: fault-finding, maintenance and optimise the following equipment at advanced level; Spot-Weld (robotic and manual), servo pneumatic controllers, stud welding systems, sealer systems, Bosch welding equipment, conveyor systems, Toxing equipment, MIG/MAG equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic and laser equipment and bolting torque tool applications.
