Job Description:
Managed Print Services Leader
Whilst this is a key leadership role the incumbent will be to provide a consulting service to clients ensuring that the business remains at the cutting edge with delivering efficient and sustainable MPS solutions to clients.

The primary key performance areas is to ensure the successful retention of new clients whilst growing new business.
The incumbent must have a proven track record with customer relationship management.

Develop an understanding for customers needs.

Internal billing of all contracts.

Become proficient in preparing site maps of the equipment placement within customer locations.

Have a good working knowledge of MS Office

Communicate effectively with current and potential customers

Participate in monthly meetings

Develop an understanding of company business value in Customer Vision.

Client retension

Office Automation

MPS/Office Automation experience
IT/Technology Implementation Experience (3 – 5 Years)
Consulting experience
Proven track record of good leadership
Driver’s license and own reliable transport
Proficient on MS Office. Pastel Evolution would be advantageous.
