An exciting opportunity for a Management Accountant to join a strong, driven Commercial team within an e-commerce industry (one of the market leaders). This role will give you the opportunity to have major impact on the business and its growth and exists not only to assist the Commercial Manager with strategically expanding and optimizing the business, but also to oversee and groom and mentor a junior Management Accountant to his full potential.

Qualification:

BCom Cost and Management Accounting

Honours in B.Com Cost and Management Accounting (or similar)

And

CIMA qualified / studying towards CIMA / willing to study CIMA

Skills & Experience:

2 – 3 years’ Management Accounting exp.

Strong skills re Budgets, Forecasts and Analysis

ERP Systems exp.

Job Description:

The position is based in Cape Town CBD and will include:

Preparation of Budgets and forecasts (monthly / quarterly / annually) across numerous business units;

Preparation of business unit monthly management reporting packs, focusing on tracking actuals against rolling forecasts & budgets, monthly variance analysis and performance based metrics.
