Management Accountant required for Prestigious FMCG Concern.
Key Performance Areas would include, but are not limited to:
Strategic support of Business Alignment
Co-ordinate budget and forecasting processes
Analyse/Reporting on monthly regional cost and budget/forecast variances
Prepare, analyse and report on operational KPI’s and statistics.
CAPEX control and maintenance of Asset registers
Regular Regional Internal Audits (Audit Programme)
Drive superior internal control environment with-in the Region
Co-ordinate Quality management documentation and reviews (ISO process)
Effective management of the Management Accounting Department
Perform ad hoc financial project studies
• A relevant Commercial degree with Accounting and/or studying toward CIMA.
• Proven financial management and internal control experience
• Ability to work independently, accurately and with excellent time management skills
• Strong analytical acumen and insights to address the Regional strategic business objectives
• Business improvement mindset
• Experience in an auditing environment would be an added advantage
• Good interpersonal skills, able to energise, lead and influence others
• Customer focused
• Proven computer literacy in SAP, BW and MS office (with advanced Excel)
