Excellent Guest Relations skills a necessity.

Good Staff Relations skills needed.

Training skills required.

Pay attention to detail.

Female GM’s Role managing of the following departments:
Food and Beverage department
Housekeeping department
Marketing department
Front office and Reception department
Reservations department
Guest Relations
Financial department
Human Resources Department jointly with Male GM

Male GM’s Role managing of the following departments:
Reserve and Conservation Management
Maintenance Department
Ranging Department
Vehicle Fleet
Anti-poaching and Security Department
Human Resources Department jointly with Female GM

Package includes the following:

Salary R 30k per month CTC, negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.

Company vehicle,

Fully furnished air-conditioned accommodation, electricity and water, meals when on duty, laundry, dstv.

Must be able to start employment no later than 01 October 2014. 

Position needs long term commitment.
