Looking for a Management COUPLE for a live-In position

Both applicants need to be strong in Finance and Reservations with exceptional Guest Services expereince and skills.
You will be overseeing all operations, so need to be competent in all areas.

We DO NOT Need a maintenance man.

We are currently looking for an Assistant GM Couple to assist our General Manager is running a breathtakingly beautiful award winning Family Resort and Spa on the Wild Coast near Port St Johns.

This is a live in position based in the near Port St Johns, Wild Coast, Eastern Cape.

Are you a seasoned hotelier with a solid grip on hotel operations?
Do you have a legacy of ultimate guest satisfaction?
Are you able to lead and inspire a strong team?

ESSENTIAL:
A stable work history with the ability to commit to between 3-5 years.
Good references for all of your previous employers
South African residents only
Hotel school qualification
Minimum 5 years senior hotel or resort management experience essential
Excellent knowledge of overall hospitality operations
Excellent Team Management skills
Team player
Guest centric philosophy
Creative problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Financial acumen and excellent labour legislation knowledge
Strong administration
