Qualifications:

BSc/BCom or Equivalent in Computer Science (Masters preferable)

Relevant post grad

7 years plus experience with at least two in Project Management

Business Process Management:

Inputs into the strategic planning and development of the IT Dept

Formulated IT Development Strategy and delivery plan

Adherence to the IT policies and procedures

Inputs into the annual audit reports

Adherence to Development Standards

Apply/formulate methodologies to improve processes

Registration and formalization of projects with the Programme Office

Annual risk management reports

Formulated mitigation plans and progress reports

Formulate, implement and maintain IT Development continuity plans

Operational:

Successful coordination of operational activities

Provide 3rd level support services

Applied research related to specific business requirements

Consolidated business systems into single platforms (System software and licensing development tools

Research reports on related infrastructure

Business Analysis Management:

Provide a Business Analysis service to the Company and to the IT Department

Maintain the Business Analysis methodology model

Provide and Enterprise Architecture service to the business

Maintain an Enterprise wide platform

Maintain and govern Fraser Alexander intrant and ensure that all needs are met and awareness and training are regularly conducted

Evaluate new selected/identified products in line with FA business and IT environments

Establish and maintain Software Super User groups to continuously maintain and improve the use of current software packages

Client and Vendor Management:

Annual client needs analysis

Annual client ratings

Formulate and execute client SLA's

Good vendor relationships

Formulation of vendor SLA's

Monitoring of SLA's

Escalation of non performance on SLA's

Good vendor contract management

Licensing Management

Team Management: Leading and developing of the existing team
