Job Description :
Provide counsel on a variety of commercial issues
Anticipate legal risks facing the Company
Develope Company policy and positions on legal issues
Conduct research into a variety of legal issues
Represent the Company in various legal proceedings ( Litigation )
Write, review, and edit reports, opinions, and correspondence
Write and administer complex vendor and employment contracts
Assist with commercial negotiations, e.g mergers and acquisitions
Provide analysis and counsel on legal, policy, and environmental issues. Anticipate and guard against legal risks facing the Company.

Requirements :
Be the holder of a valid SA barcoded ID
Please note that this is an EE role ( Only previously disadvantaged candidtes will be considered )
A completed BA LLB / B Comm LLB
Completed Articles and and registered Attorney
Must have 5 years + post articles relevant FMCG / Manufacturing legal background
