Excellent opportunity exists for a Manager: Litigation & Contracts in Johannesburg

Salary = R 1 125 586 per annum (permanent position)


Purpose

To manage the Organisation’s litigation and contracts portfolio, as well as providing legal advisory and ancillary services.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law i.e. LLB [A post graduate degree / diploma in commercial or contractual law would be an added advantage.]
• Must be an Admitted Attorney
• Minimum 5 years post admission experience, 3 years of which were in legal practice.
• Contractual law [negotiation, drafting, interpretation, and management]
• Knowledge and understanding of Commercial law
• Compliance
• Knowledge and understanding of Litigation and rules relating thereto [advice, drafting, negotiation, court approaches]
• Knowledge and understanding of employment and procurement law
