A fantastic wellbeing company based in Johannesburg is looking for competent and capable Manager of Intelligence to join their team.

Requirements:
• 4-year degree in statistical-related sciences
• At least 5 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Experience in the wellbeing industry preferred

Key Performance Areas:
• Design and agree data specifications for all relevant reports including: Routine service reporting and provider partnerships data exchanges
• Design and deliver standard client reports, such as standard service reports, participation/utilisation reports and impact reports
• Design and deliver standard management reports to Chief Operating Officer, Centres of Excellence and management, including productivity statistics and compliance
• Design and deliver integrated reporting, combining wellbeing, medical and performance related data for organisations and individuals: ratings (indexes), monitoring dashboards and return on investment reporting
• Manage the data capture and reporting team
• Capable of using common functions of intelligence technologies such as reporting, online analytical processing, analytics, data mining, process mining, complex event processing, business performance management, benchmarking, text mining, predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics.
