Our prominent Property Development client seeks a Leader for their newly established precinct management division. The division will focus on creating precinct management bodies in the form of HOA’s or CID’s. The company also manages vacant properties for their respective owners.

Experience required

• Relevant Property Management and Financial Degree/Diploma

The suitable candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing and/or forming HOA’s and Bodies Corporate. They will have a sound understanding of property management as well as financial acumen. They will need strong negotiating skills.

1. Strategic
1.1 Directing strategy towards the profitable growth and operation of the company,
1.2 Developing strategic operating plans that reflect the longer-term objectives and
priorities established by the board,

2. Operations
2.1 Putting in place adequate operational planning and financial control systems,
2.2 Ensuring that the operating objectives and standards of performance are implemented,
2.3 Maintaining the operational performance of the company,

3. Financial
3.1 Formulating a budget for the company,
3.2 Monitoring the operating and financial results against budgets,

4. Executive role
4.1 Representing the company to major customers and professional associations,
4.2 Assuming full accountability to the board for all company operations

5. Staff
5.1 Managing existing staff for the company, by formulating a company organogram,
5.2 Human resource management function, in conjunction with outsourced HR,
5.3 Employing staff as and when necessary, with the approval of the board
