MANGO PACKHOUSE
EGYPT AREA

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience and a strong level of technical expertise and quality control in a mango packhouse
- Good experience in post harvesting management (Packing, cold stores)
- Fair skills in labor management; give incentives to increase performance and apply penalties when needed
- Above average problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- If already in position of a valid passport it would be advantageous
- Willing to relocate for a contract period of 3 years

Duties will include:
- Analyze and report on post-harvest financial parameters established for the site
- Report grower production data for reconciliation purposes
- Ensure regulations’ applications
- Ensure policies, plans, schedules and procedures are sacredly followed
- Manage fruit performance and minimize fruit loss
- Supervise and manage cool chambers
- Ensure targets are met and orders are delivered on time
- Control the cleanliness and tidiness of the pack house at all times
- Budgeting experience to work within a set budget
