Manufacturing Superintendent - Randburg - AA Position. Tertiary diploma, Industrial, Mechanical, Quality or manufacturing plus good project management experience. Must have worked in a manufacturing/Fabrication environment with hands on experience in actual supervision and production output responsibilities. Good knowledge of steel fabrication, welding and coatings.
Responsibilities will include supervision of Manufacturing, Assembly and Paint shop.
Planning of Jobs, creation of work packs, Coordination of supply chain, sales and supervisors to ensure fluent work flow. Development of systems and procedures, Quality and safety. Supervision of machining,welding, fabrication painting and utilities. Materials planning, spares, preventative maintenance on plant equipment and all auxilliary equipment.
Good problem solving skills, team player and ability to take instructions.
