RedCat Recruitment is urgently seeking an experienced MARKET DEVELOPER (RAINWATER HARVESTING / CONTINGENCY WATER SUPPLY) for a large national concern – position based in the greater Durban area.


REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Tertiary qualification in a commercial discipline will be a distinct advantage. E.g. IMM, Damelin Diploma, B Tech, etc.
Valid driver’s license.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Any CRM package experience.
Home language must be English / Afrikaans.
3 years of successful corporate, business to business or commercial technical sales experience is ESSENTIAL!
Additional experience in selling to blue chip commercial/property customer/owners in KwaZulu-Natal a strong advantage.
Create awareness and justifying the need for rainwater harvesting/water back-up systems to commercial businesses in KwaZulu-Natal.
Being a “water activist” who is involved in many community forums for the effective use of water by industrial/commercial businesses.
Selling water contingency systems to the target market.
Full product/sales training provided.
Able to present a compelling/convincing sales proposition – by written word, telephonically, face to face or to larger prospects using MS PowerPoint.
Able to connect on social media platforms.
Tenacious and energetic in his/her sales approach.
