We are looking for Market Developers (Telesales Outbound) for our client, a beverage production company in Potchefstroom (Tlokwe) to expand the company’s reach to new retailers.

Minimum requirements:
• Matric Minimum
• Matric + 3 is preferred
• Matric + 3 years with sales and marketing orientation is a distinct advantage
• Code 08 [EB] Driving Licence
• One (1) or more years working experience
• One (1) or more years working experience in a sales and marketing environment is preferred and doing field work in this environment is a distinct advantage

Competencies:
• Strong communications and negotiations
• Detail orientated
• Strong presentation skills
• Good driving skill

Duties Include:
• Entering new segments by expanding the geographic base of the business or by using new channels to reach un-served customers
• Converting of product non-users by lowering prices or increasing (or deploying specially designed) promotions
• Increasing usage by present users developing and promoting new users for the product
• Identify and engage new Retailers on an ongoing basis to achieve new sales of 2 500 litres per month minimum.

Salary is R8 000 – R10 000 per month.
