The Team Lead contributes to the organizational goals by assisting business in their customer experience initiatives through relevant research, analysis and coaching.

Requirements:
• Relevant post graduate degree with Research as a major subject (BCom, BA, Bsc)
• Desirable: Masters in Research Psychology
• At least 3-4 years’ experience in a Research Executive/Research Consultant position (quantitative & qualitative)
• Team management experience
• Desirable: Understanding/ experience of the financial services/ insurance industry
