Type: 1-3 months fixed-term contract

The Marketing Administrator is responsible for all administration of marketing activities at Ekballo Communications, including assisting in the organisation of jobs, developing marketing strategies and supporting the Marketing Executives in the successful execution of their work. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the company, the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

To be successful in this position, you must have a Marketing or Business Administration degree and be looking for a career in the marketing world. You must possess strong communication and admin skills and should be able to build strong working relationships. You must have an excellent eye for detail, great problem solving skills and should be used to working to tight time frames.

• Computer literate with extensive knowledge of MS Office & strong typing skills
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Broad understanding of social media and online marketing
• Conducting online & e-mail marketing
• Report generation and analysis for online marketing campaigns
• Deadline oriented - good punctuality, time keeping & time management
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach – must have great people skills
• Educated to degree level
