Our client is a developer who has a proven track record in delivering world-class mobile apps for millions of users around the globe and across multiple platforms and languages utilising the latest QR matrix barcode. They are focusing on the hospitality market initially and are looking for the services of a top flight Marketing/Branding Manager to join their young dynamic team.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- 3 Years branding experience
- excellent communication
-relevant degree in Brand Management or Communication
Marketing and Brand Manager: TECHNICAL OUTPUTS:
Achievement of top line, market share and bottom line targets for the brands
Formulating and deciding brand strategy, including brand map, positioning & communication
Preparation, implementation and review of medium/long term marketing strategies (ATL/BTL)
To gather Consumer/Merchant Insights, track Brand Health, Category attractiveness etc through effective market research
Designing and implementing trade specific schemes (merchants), product display drives with merchandising and consumer promotions
Contribute to P&L Responsibility of Brand
Strengthening brand equity & leveraging the same
Analyzing brand health measures on a regular basis
Developing consumer/ segment specific initiatives to drive equity
Ensure coherent and consistent brand communication and regular reviewing of the same
Category / Portfolio management
Product portfolio enrichment through new product development & launches with appropriate marketing mix and retail activation (promotion campaigns for Merchants)
Analysis of economic and consumer trends and conducting competitor analyses to make entry strategy for new propositions
Efficient utilization of brand support budgets
Deciding the annual brand budgets based on annual brand plan and optimizing budget usage
Efficient media management within budgetary guidelines
Manages Branded Items
Handles all internal and external brand promotional items as per the clients' specifications
Ensures approval is obtained and signed for by the relevant stakeholder to ensure that budget is not overextended
Liaises with Martin to obtain signÂoff on the artwork
Database to house names and contact details of providers/suppliers and costing all of items to be
maintained and up to date on Share Point
Maintains list of suppliers with contact numbers on Share Point.
Ensures that art artefacts are centrally housed on Share Point
External Branding
Ensure that all external mediums are managed in accordance with our brand strategy.
Create campaigns for Linked In, Facebook and Twitter.
Measure these campaigns via analytics
