A leading international recruitment agency is looking for an energetic, diligent, and detail oriented Marketing Assistant to join their team!

Job description:

You will work alongside the Marketing Manager crafting, editing, and deploying job advertisements, deploying our social media marketing, tracking marketing campaign effectiveness, and acting as front of house welcoming visiting candidates and fielding phone calls.

While emphasis will lie in Marketing activities there will be receptionist and executive assistant tasks included. Excellent entry level marketing role for you to hone your skills!

Soft Skills & Experience Required:
• Positive attitude and attention to detail a MUST
• Enthusiastic about learning and achieving results
• Strong copywriting skills essential
• Creative and Innovative mindset
• Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.
• Excellent writing skills including proper spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
Business Skills & Experience Required:
• Be professional at all times
• Matric essential
• Higher education in marketing preferred
• Detail oriented and able to accurately proofread marketing materials.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications, and ability to pick up new systems quickly and enthusiastically
• Fluency in spoken and written English (Other SA languages also beneficial)
• Experience with Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, Copy Writing, Recruitment, WordPress, Graphic Design beneficial but not a must. Please highlight in CV where your strengths in these skills exist.
