Marketing Assistant PE

Our client within the Tertiary Education industry is currently recruiting for a Marketing Assistant for the PE branch
Matric essential
Relevant tertiary qualification is recommended
Fully computer literate (MS Office)
Minimum of 2 years marketing / administration experience

Duties:
• Accurate capturing of student interview forms and applications
• Processing of all change of details forms for prospective students
• Student correspondence
• Working cooperatively with Student Advisors with respect to all database statistics for marketing reports
• Responsible for all marketing stock and promotional materials
• Responsible for managing the Student Advisors diaries
• Ensuring that all consulting rooms are ready with appropriate information sheet and files
• Assisting Students Advisors with all database administration and associated correspondence
• Assisting the Student Administrator with capturing of registration documents during peak periods

Competencies required:
• High level of accuracy required in both typing and data capturing
• Best suited to a systematic person with an eye for detail
• Own car and driver’s license essential
• Excellent organisational and administration skills
