Job Description:
Marketing Assistant (Marketing Graduate) needed in a Large Marketing Company

Duties:
- Assisting with Marketing plans.
- Communicating with clients (Written and verbal)
- Administration
- Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the coordination of the Marketing activities
- Assist with general Marketing related tasks including but not limited to market research, campaign set ups, creative material development and so forth
- Prepare presentations and facilities for company visitors
- Assist with marketing literature (Brochures, press releases etc.)
- Assist with procurement of suppliers, handling quote to delivery process for marketing related items.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Well organized
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of online marketing applications (Online analytics, WordPress etc.) and Adobe Creative Suit will be advantage
- Marketing graduate, Marketing related certificate or other relevant qualification is an advantage

Salary:
