Clover S.A. (Pty) Ltd manufactures and markets food products in South Africa. It offers dairy products, yoghurt, yoghurt based dairy snacks, groceries, beverages, functional drinks, soy milk, and lactose free and toddler products. The company also provides bulk ingredients, and bulk trading and procurement services.

Your main duties :

Manage/maintain communications program and strategy with the support of Manager, Communications EMEA and General Manager.
Work with marketing colleagues (product management team, Electrical communications specialists, Marketing specialists) to support execution of marketing plans, including marketing communications outreach.
Coordinate and develop relations with Africa business and trade media; oversee PR agency performance with the support of Manager, Communications, EMEA.
Support generation of feature stories from successful customer solutions and where Clover SA is a major mention.
Drive internal communications initiatives
Build the Clover SA brand through superior marketing and corporate market focus programs. Promote and advance external, internal, marketing communications standards in working with EMEA HQ, the business entities in Europe and at Clover SA Center
Actively interface with Eaton’s EMEA Headquarters communications team as well as business unit marketing communications professionals in EMEA and the United States to help position local communications plans. Drive Clover SA Public Affairs programme.

Qualifications

Required:
Degree in Marketing, specialising in Communications
Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel & PowerPoint)
Strong Analytical, Planning and Organizational Skills
Excellent communication/ interpersonal skill and proven problem solving capability
Fluent in English
Minimum 3 years experience in a Corporate Communications role
Experience with writing of articles
Desired:
Experience of working in Marketing and Communications
Proven track record leading on business improvement initiatives
