Assisting in the management and update of the websites
Updating and maintaining the company profiles
Coordinating marketing materials and information for projects
Assisting in keeping product details updated from suppliers on paper and electronically
Assisting with development of product/company catalogues
Maintaining the marketing library by controlling and replenishing inventory
Strong social media management skills (including campaigns) – Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, blog etc.
Finding advertorial and editorial opportunities.
Budget management: sticking to the marketing budget.
Liaise with designer to ensure quality of work, work delivered on time and to budget.
Event set up and clear up.
Ensure timeous payment to suppliers.
Keeping marketing files up to date
Tasks will also include research into building specifications for different client demographics and areas.
Experience within the property industry is therefore essential.
The Individual must be able to do research as to what works in the different markets and create “mood boards” for the different development’s building specification choice
