Experience:
• Minimum 4-6 years’ experience as a Marketing Manager
• Matric / Grade 12
• B Com Marketing or similar
Job Description
• Lead market meetings and strategy for brand drive sales against volume and category targets.
• Drive strategic marketing and operational initiatives against assigned businesses.
• Works cross-functionally with corporate teams to manage business plans and forecasts.
• Proactively works closely with product, internal merchandising teams, and account buyers to ensure needs are being met on a consistent basis.
• Manages and reports sales and inventories on a weekly basis, and Gross Margin requirements on a monthly basis.
• Work closely to manage account markdowns, returns and product exit strategies.
• Coordinates issues with credit, traffic, information systems and customer service.
• Proactively develops presentations to Senior Management for internal and client meetings.
• Delivers required reports in a timely manner.
• Represent company standards and expected level of ethics in all business dealings within company and with customers.
