EE Category Manager: hand tools and hardware related to product manager in market place- JHB
R500- 600 000 per annum (including benefits) plus commission

This role is responsible for all aspects of product management. It includes identification of product from supplier and successfully bringing the product to market, while ensuring the product profitability and ROI.

Qualifications:
Marketing Degree or Diploma – ie B Comm. IMM GSM

Requirements:
Proven track record with progression within a company and 5 or more years’ experience in the power tool and hardware Industry preferable. Must have a valid code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport

Skills:
• Sound knowledge of the retail and industrial sector
• Advanced knowledge of marketing principles and pricing strategies
• Knowledge of market conditions
• Knowledge of competitor products
• Excellent business acumen (i.e. numeracy skills, generation of profit and loss, cash flow, margin)
• Understanding of the power tool business model and business process value chain
• Effectively Manage Budgets for Category and forecasts
