Qualifications and experience
• University Degree (Advantageous but not a prerequisite)
• Driver’s License
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Marketing Management role (Digital and Sales preferably but not limited to)

Key Responsibilities
• Concept, design & maintenance of website
• Brand identity – manage and implement across all departments (logos, company signatures, emails, fonts, quotes etc.)
• Media – liaison with media for press releases, articles contributions and magazine entry. To ensure both brands receive increased exposure in local media and international industry publications. Script writing for publications, sourcing relevant images and editorial. Monthly update on success progress.

• Negotiate and grow the restaurant points and commission systems, also ensure that all staff members are up to date with current credits and booking procedures.
• Assisting with site inspections for clients and manage and run educational trips i.e. Meetings Africa where and if required by either company
• Manage pre-show logistics / profile creation and registration process for trade shows. Manage post show follow-ups and communications with clients in conjunction with coordinators and relevant sales person.
