Markerting Manager

A 26 year old successful health group with a reputation to delivering superior service, building effective partnerships, upholding integrity and encouraging innovation is looking for a Marketing Manager to take responsibility for the promotion of the group brand, products and services and thereby increase the brand awareness across the region successfully developing effective marketing campaigns.
Main Responsibilities

Previous experience in a similar marketing role in healthcare, preferably in a hospital setting in Health Care Industry
Stakeholder engagement experience at various levels of seniority (Management Committee to Exco).
Ability to drive marketing initiatives that will improve service delivery.
Experience in managing internal and external stakeholders i.e. Agency partners and internal operational teams
Ability to contribute concepts and ideas
Ability to identify threats and opportunities and provide appropriate recommendations
Minimum Education

Degree in Marketing or sales-related qualification essential.
Min 3-5 years’ exposure to strategic marketing, planning (expertise in advertising, brand strategy, promotional campaign and execution, communications, event planning and relationship management and implementation.)
Ability to travel -own transport essential.
Proficiency in English – excellent written and verbal communication skills essential.
Good knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Multi African languages speaker (e.g. Zambian,Ghanaian , Nigerian, Congolese, etc.) advantageous.
